My Mitsubishi SUV's right side door was dented and had a long scratch. Here, it received excellent repair, even completed earlier than expected. Alex, who I contacted, is a nice person. He made the whole process very simple and provided thoughtful details and suggestions, especially the rental car service during the car repair period. Upon picking up the car, I also discovered they had performed a deep cleaning, leaving it looking like new.

Fixing my Model 3 here, they are super busy at this place for repainting the front bumper through ICBC claim process took about a month from estimate to complete.

Staff:
Angie is really good at communicating with customer and provides caring details and advice through entire process.

Rental:
Rentals was provided by enterprise near the shop which including pickup and drop off, I know Model 3 is not a luxury car but they gave me 202x Hyundai hatchback and definitely have some shifting issues which is not pleasure or comfortable to drive with. If you have the insurance covered you shouldn’t need to pay anything beside the gas you used on the rentals.

Repair quality:
My dent to the front bumper is pretty minimal so I could tell how well they paint it but overall looks like new. I think they even detailing the car inside out if I’m not mistaken.

Notes:
- be very careful with entering or exiting out from their parking lot, they have a lot of cars park at the front and really obstruct the views especially when exiting. Will be recommended to ask one of the staff to help you watch out for the cars on the roads. (One of the staff offered the help without asking which is a plus )

This is a great place for your car. Manager was so helpful with all his employees are courteous, helpful and really dedicated in their field of works, and knew their responsibility. Well explain all the details they have made into your car and how they communicate with a very respectful attitude. An infinite words cant explain how good they are and really highly recommendable.

It was my first time going to an auto collision centre and had a lot of questions and CSN BM had no trouble answering and addressing my concerns. They took great care of my car, and also was great at answering the phone. I recently brought my car back because there was a small scratch missed and one of the guy’s that helped me went above and beyond and helped my with my options. He also provided an alternate solution that was best for my situation and would help me in the long run. I found the men that helped me comforting and helpful. If you’ve had a bad experience with other collision centres or this is your first time getting your car fixed this is the place to go. I highly recommend you choose this auto collision centre if you want a smooth process.
